Recruitment Criteria

GSC conducts a comprehensive screening and verification process on all applicants prior to hiring

SCREENING

  • 2 part interview process
  • Reference verification
  • Employment verification
  • State verification or authenticity of ID
  • 5 panel alcohol and drug screening
  • Extensive pre-employment background check including verification of social security number
  • If prior military, copy of DD214 to verify honorable discharge
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A

RECRUITMENT

  • All unarmed officers are 18 years or older
  • All armed officers are 21 year or older
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in the English language
  • PC Computer skills (Word and Outlook)
  • No felony convictions or Class A or B Misdemeanor convictions
  • Officers with and / or prior security, military, police, customer-service experience, are available
